The facilities are great but the water in the pool and water park was too cold, even in the afternoons when the sun is at its peak. I would highly recommend heating up the water.

AMAZING STAFF with a smile than never leaves their beautiful faces. :) They are always ready to help. I loved their hospitality, from the reception desk till the cleaning lady. A gem in walking distance to Bole International Airport. Not that it matters really as they provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the Airport. Staff are fantastic and the rooms are very modern and comfortable each with a balcony. This is my preferred place for transiting.
