The rooms are really cute and clean. Staff are super friendly and attentive. I felt sick before taking a local guided tour outside Addis, so when my guide arrived, the front desk made sure he is aware of my condition. I’ve been to many countries before and stayed mostly 4-5 star hotels, but service at Best Western exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the rooms are sizable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The hotel was really nice, rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and it's honestly been one of the best hotels I've stayed in Addis Ababa. I highly recommend.
