We recently stayed at the ELGEL hotel and were incredibly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and offered great recommendations for local attractions. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly and ensured that our room was always clean and well-stocked. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly and attentive staff.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the hotel manager, Salam, and her incredible staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly set this place apart. The room was spotless, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food was delicious.     I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far.

    I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far. Located a little southwest of Addis Ababa, the area is incredibly safe and well-maintained. The transportation is also convenient, with easy access to public transit and major roads. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to stay here during my visit and would highly recommend this neighbourhood to others.
