We recently stayed at your resort in the Nitty House
We recently stayed at your resort in the Nitty House The mattress and the beds were extremely poor quality with many in our group having very little sleep due to the beds being so uncomfortable and very hot. Only twin beds, no doubles, I am not sure why this was this way. You couldn't open the windows in the upstairs bedrooms and the air conditioning made no difference to the room. One person in our group only had around 3 hours sleep every night. There was only seating outside on the decking for around 5 people and the BBQ was very small for 10 guests. We very much enjoyed our stay in Finland but the poor bedroom quality spoilt our stay. Kotka is a hidden gem with breathtaking sea views and rich history. Maritime Centre Vellamo is definitely worth a visit, preferably with a tour guide because they'll tell you a lot about Kotka's history and the museum itself. The Centre is quite new. Initially they wanted to name it Hyöky but then realised that no foreigner will be able to pronounce it (don't even try if you're not Finnish).
