If we had a question about anything the management responded very fast. It was a great holiday. The hotel restaurant and ski hire service nearby were also very good and we had great fun skiing too. There is a lake and plenty of forest but still less than 30 minutes to the major Sastamala sites and events. The arrangement is a bit weird as the room is not managed by the hotel, but the communication was smooth an easy with everybody.
