The hosts are SO GENEROUS, the cottage is SO CONFY, the igloo just amazing. The hosts were flexible with our check in and proposed us a transportation service to the airport (it was easy and cheaper than other taxis and Uber). We saw the aurora from our igloo the night. It was a magical experience

Location and the overall clean house. Also well equipped with the most important kitchen supplies you need. Sauna was great! Also liked that you could see mostly trees from the windows, although the house is next to the street (the street itself is really quiet though). Very friendly owners!

Clean atmosphere and surroundings, super comfortable room , great view outside, creative glass/treehouse. All sorts of toiletries, bathing gowns, slippers, umbrella, torch, and lots of towels were provided too. A beautiful bunk bed was there too. Extremely good staff. Kind, cooperative, and at our service. A car drops and picks up from the treehouse and vice versa. Lavish breakfast and customised service . Staff coming and inquiring if we needed something. It was season end, with very few guests still the staff was attending us and made customized food, even with the lavish buffet breakfast. Rakas restaurant ❤️🎈 We got an early check-in and late check out. Thanks to Elisabetta, Sofia, Krystal, Buddhini, Theo, Habib, and the restaurant personnel. Will surely visit again 😊

The hotel is much over our expectations. The cottage is spacious, and is very comfortable. It is equipped with kitchen and even a sauna. The room is very warm in the cold winter. The Santa Claus Village is just beside the hotel. It is so convenient to explore various restaurants and shops. We also joined some safari activities booked by hotel. The hotel and the village are so romantic with snow and lightning. We really love the hotel. We recommend it to all the families especially with children.

Few minutes walk from Santa Village Park. Igloos are very comfortable and high tech. I was very surprised to discover at reception that, as part of our booking, we had 1 main course for free at restaurant. The quality of the food was excellent and breakfast rich and of great mix of sweet and salty food.
