We arrived at 9.30pm, having booked a room last minute en route to Chambery. Unfortunately, i booked the wrong night and so no-one was there / expecting us. Having called the owner (late on a Friday eve), they were able to give us access to the hotel and explain where to find a key! We ended up in a lovely room, rather than a cold car.
