It does not have a large selection of restaurants but does have a great delicatessen offering sharing platters and great wine. You can easily walk to Épernay and there is a train service to Reims. I've been traveling for 4 months and have booked many apartments during this time. I would say that Ay Central is absolutely one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. The location, the quietness of the apartment, the comfort level, the wifi speed, the kitchen facilities and staples, the overall feel of the apartment and the incredibility helpful host Cedric made our stay a very special one. Located in the town of Ay, it is very convenient and close to the main towns and cities in the area but without the traffic and the buzz. The apartment is very comfortable and homey.
