The breakfast was a traditional french one, with bread, jam, cheese and cold meat, along with fruit juice and a hot drink of your choice. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining hall along with other guests and it was good to chat with them. The chateau was amazing, very old and very interesting. We were able to view some of the rooms. The location was perfect for visiting Toulouse and the surrounding area. We were able to easily walk to Balma-Gramont metro station, and it was easy to buy tickets. You are able to buy multiple journey tickets which two people can use, and easily re-charge if you need more journeys. Staff at the metro were happy to help and advise the best option for your visit. The car parking at the chateau was secure and gated, and there is no need to use a vehicle if visiting the city. Madam and her staff were charming, not forgetting the friendly dog.

If I could mark 11 stars for service, I would. So welcoming, so nice with buckets of smiles. Loved the hotel, the decoration, the rooms the vibe, the breakfast, the pingpong. But what I loved the most was the stuff. Young, kind and helping. My wife is celebrating birthday and this is the only hotel where they really wrote a birthday card , handwritten, with actual warm wishes. Will certainly come back.

    Very good location with private parking.

    Very good location with private parking. Room was clean and tidy. The host was not welcoming and friendly. There was no bottled water or kettle available in our room in make hot beverages. Breakfast was basic and more could have been made available eg fresh fruit, choice of yogurts, cereals, choice of eggs, toast etc.

    The kindness of Olloh welcoming us in the middle of a storm. Offering us to drink something warm. We loved the decoration of the place and the comfort of the bed and the bathroom. It was very quite so we could sleep so well. My dog also could walk around the garden. Also when we left the hotel, Olloh gave us some fruit from her tree.
