Superb terrace for breakfast/dining/relaxing. Excellent and clean large pool. Large beds, efficient a/c. Safe parking. Despite being fully booked all parts of the hotel were not overcrowded. Very friendly efficient inconspicuous staff

Beautiful decor, stunning old floor tiles, traditional wooden shutters. They thought about the small but important stuff, like providing beautiful soap for each guest. The bathrooms are shared, but are completely perfect. And they accept pets :)

Le Clos Saint André is a real gem, also thanks to its incredibly kind owners. The apartment is beautifully furnished, bright, and spacious. We loved the private terrace, with mountain view. The breakfast was delicious, including tasty homemade jams and croissants. Thanks for your hospitality - we hope to come back one day!

    Loved Banyuls, the atmosphere also the beach ,shops and activities. On the night we were there there was in the square a group of dancers doing the tango. We plan to visit again and stay for much longer.

    Very fine old hotel with class and charm. Wonderful view over the bay and the marina. Excellent location for walking into the old town, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, ... Room was very comfortable, bathroom was small but well arranged. Sink in the entry way was a bit odd, but fine in the end. Very good restaurant on site, pool and spa quite OK. The bar was a friendly place for a drink at the end of the day. Staff were all warm and welcoming.

    Good location (albeit on a busy main road), five mins' walk from the town centre. Full-on sea view, providing you book a room on the front of the hotel. The side rooms' sea views are considerably less impressive - we transferred to a front-facing twin. Parking easy, and free, right in front of hotel.

    Just a traditional French hotel which is rare to find nowadays. We loved it and would return anytime. Don’t expect perfect facilities but enjoy the atmosphere and the position near the beach and the history of the place
