The room was gorgeous with French doors that opened up to the view. The birdsong was amazing! The hotel is round the corner from the castle, which is well worth a visit. The breakfast was superb with fresh and homemade produce and delicious coffee. We had a long chat with the owners whilst there and they are lovely, lovely people.

Absolutely unforgettable! This charming B&B is a true hidden gem, made even more special by the warm and welcoming host, Sylvie. From the moment we arrived, her positivity and hospitality made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond, recommending and even reserving a fantastic dinner for us at La Riviera on the Loire. The evening ended perfectly with a friendly card game and a relaxing dip in the warm pool. Breakfast was a highlight—everything homemade, from the yogurt to the jams. A magical stay we didn’t want to end!

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Mila, an absolute gem! Every detail was tasteful and carefully thought out, with a unique sense of style in each room that made the entire place feel both elegant and deeply relaxing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a subtle sense of intimacy and care, which made perfect sense given the lovely family hosting us. The spa area, with its sauna and jacuzzi, was incredibly calming, and the pool was simply perfect: clean, beautiful, with stunning aesthetics, and ideal for relaxing (and, why not, for photos too!). We stayed just one night as a birthday gift for my partner, and it couldn’t have been more special. We truly left feeling rejuvenated and grateful. You absolutely have to try the breakfast—simply de-li-ci-ous! We’re already looking for an excuse to return. It’s the perfect peaceful escape without being too far from the city. Highly recommended!

Beautiful relaxing stay. Owner was very pleasant and welcoming. Large family loft room was ideal for our family of 6. Excellent self catering facilities. Only stayed for one night but would have liked to have stayed for a few more days. Owner produces a nice range of wines - Wine tasting was a nice bonus. Highly recommended

The warm welcome from the owner. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The swimming pool was very much appreciated!! The white peacocks added a lot of charm!!

Thank you for hosting us, we had a wonderful time. Your hospitality was second to none, with a warm welcome every morning. The three of us enjoyed ourselves, and your local knowledge was much appreciated. You have a beautiful home, inside and out. Your kindness is a balm to all who encounter it. Our first day was extremely hot, and you ensured that we had adequate water and cooling fans; nothing was too much trouble for you to ensure that we were comfortable. Your house is modern and clean, with every appliance at our disposal. We have stopped in many places, and this is one of the best. It is located centrally, with ample bike and walking routes, and close to the river Loire. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, as you catered for our daily needs as required. We enjoyed our translation conversations and wish you both every success for the future.
