A warm welcome from two charming hosts,. The building is stunning with an interesting history. It's beautifully furnished and decorated. Our room was palatial. We also really enjoyed the delicious meal cooked by our hostess. Would love to go back.

We love the unique experiences of French chambres d'hôte. This was no exception. Attentive, personalised welcome from Agnes and Patrick, comfortable rooms and facilities. It was a pity we weren't staying longer! A delicious breakfast served at our convenience. Their house is modern, well designed and in a beautiful location with views of the nearby village.

    We quickly realized that the Chateau bore no resemblance to...

    We quickly realized that the Chateau bore no resemblance to the photos or description and certainly not the glowing references. Dilapidated, bizarre decor, hot and dusty with guest rooms on third floor accessed by steep wooden stairs with no visible fire escape. Hosts instructed the en-suite toilet was only to be used at night and directed us to shared toilet. Hosts advised us not to open the window despite the heatwave. Turned out the window was held together with sticky tape. We decided the best value for money was to abandon our prepaid room and find alternative accommodation.

    The chateau was unique - fantastic modern art in restored chateau. The hosts are charming. The food was excellent home cooking and our host entertained us with his professional standard piano playing! A really unusual and highly recommended experience!
