This is our favourite stopover for our journey to and from Spain. The garden overflows with nature, we wake up listening to 10 different bird calls. The hotel has the most comfortable bed and pillows, the breakfast is superb. The addition of the outside dining area has really enhanced the stay this year and made our evening meal even more special. We can’t fault the host for his hospitality and sense of humour and always love booking our return journey.

Big castle far from any attractions, quite isolated from anything. I had impression we were the only guests in entire hotel. It was very quiet haven’t met any other person there except lady at the reception desk, who lives in the evening and you should use code to enter the castle. No one in the restaurant as well, it was closed. We could not find any place around to eat as it was Monday, but receptionist booked us a restaurant in the village, the only one that was open that evening, and it was good. We had quite big room, nice bathroom, bath robes, products etc.

Villa Alecya is a gorgeous property that was restored and furnished with the utmost care and taste, each room is uniquely beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable, welcoming and with all modern touches, while respecting the overall aesthetic. Christophe is a great host, passionate about the beautiful Villa and knowledgeable and able to provide lots of recommendation. Breakfast is amazing, with French pastries, homemade confiture, etc.
