Brantome is an extremely picturesque small town and is a major attraction for tourists, particularly during high season. The varied shops and cafes provide opportunities to browse while the weekly market is a must-see if you are able to visit. The whole town is a network of small streets and bridges to explore with the river, parks and abbey providing photo opportunities at every turn. The property is an easy drive to Brantôme where there are numerous eating options and well worth a visit or two. We were sorry to leave, but will definitely return.
