The hosts were lovely, as in France there is a wood burner, this takes time and effort to heat the room. Usually I holiday in the summer so as it’s heading into Autumn the cooler weather is expected. The little town close by does have a restaurant but was only open for a few hours daily, however there are bigger towns not too far away.
