The hostess and host were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent. The bed was comfortable and I liked our room. The location is very good for exploring the Minervois and surrounding areas. The property is very nice. The facilities were good but the weather was a bit cold for using the pool.

This is a really lovely gem of an accommodation. Lionel, the host was kind, friendly and helpful, especially in assisting me parking up my bike in their back yard. Their home is also their work-place where they create, design and produce the most amazing pieces of pottery. The 'gite' accommodation was of good size and immaculate. A coffee machine and sweet biscuits were a pleasant addition. The village has bars, restaurants and a supermarket, all within a 5-10 minutes walk. The room was cool and quiet, ideal for a good night's sleep...

Breathtakingly beautiful property and surroundings, so much character. Wonderful hosts, going above and beyond. We had the best time visiting in early May and we already look forward to returning. We couldn’t recommend Domaine de Palatz enough.

    An exceptionally interesting house, uniquely designed and renovated. A very artistic house and community. Lovely welcoming people with a nice "laid back" approach. Very clean, well organised and lovely breakfasts served in the courtyard garden. I had a lovely stay.

    We arrived in Caunes Minervois On a cold and rainy December day and had had a very warm welcome at the hotel. Our room was big, high ceilings, old fashioned, typical French, lovely and warm and just perfect. The room had a separate toilet and a shower room with the most amazing local Caunes-Marble wash basin. Which makes perfect sense as the Hotel La Marbrerie was the old marble manufacture.

    Caunes-Minervois is a lovely village 25 mins out of Carcassone. Not much to do but excellent restaurants. This property is quiet and restful with a wonderful soundtrack of birdsong to enjoy. The swimming pool was a lifesaver in the 40degrees heat. Fabian is a lovely lady who provides a delicious breakfast on her terrace every morning.

    We had a lovely, large room that opened onto the garden. Room was very clean with large bathroom, fridge, sofa & tv. Good breakfast in pleasant restaurant (additional cost). Hotel is in a good location in the village - within walking distance to various restaurants

    The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything I needed. They even proposed to give me a ride when I needed. The hotel is nice and cozy. Highly recommend it.
