Our experience at Disneyland Paris was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, my daughter and I felt truly welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready with a smile. The room was spotless—super clean and well prepared—and we were even greeted with a lovely bowl of fresh fruit, a small detail that made us feel genuinely cared for. What touched me most was how special they made my daughter feel—she truly felt like a princess the entire stay. The magic wasn’t just in the parks, but inside the hotel too! Disney characters often make surprise appearances, which added so much joy and excitement. You also get about an hour before the official park opening to enjoy games, activities, and the unique atmosphere without the big crowds—it was the perfect way to start each day. The restaurants were lovely as well—great food, warm ambiance, and always filled with laughter and smiles. They also help with organizing taxis, which made everything super easy and stress-free. Truly, it felt like home, only with a little extra sparkle. We can’t wait to return and live the magic all over again!

I came with kids for Disneyland and it is very good location. You can reach park by 20 min walking or 5 min walk to train station and one min on train directly to park. There is big mall nearby with a lot of shops, restaurants... I enjoyed my stay

The apartment was spotless, the owner clearly takes great pride and works hard to keep it in immaculate condition to make your stay comfortable. Host is friendly, helpful and quick to communicate. Location is 5-10minute walk to the shopping centre Val d'europe which is also right by the RER station where it's one stop to Disneyland for 2.50euro a single ticket, super easy to travel to Disneyland within 15 minutes! Also travel into France including Paris. Parking is secure and free with the apartment with lift up to make it easy to transfer luggage. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping centre was open till 8 even on Sunday (possibly later other nights). Perfect stay and would definitely return if coming back to Paris. If you are travelling to this area of France don't hesitate. And particularly for Disneyland if you want out of the craziness of the hotels on site this is the perfect option.

    Perfect place for Disney travellers, plenty to do outside the parks as well. There is shopping and an aquarium, and the train station is incredible close and seemingly safe. I felt very comfortable in the area.

    I was impressed by Chessy.

    I was impressed by Chessy. It looks and feels like a safe place with easy access to Disneyland. The main attractions of Chessy are its two shopping centres. Val D' Europe is a mall with huge selection of shops with brands for all tastes and budgets and a road across it's La Vallée Village. It is a luxury shopping village with all famous premium brands with cut (but still expensive) prices.

    Positive aspects: • The owner is very kind, helpful and also friendly person. • The apartment is as described on Booking. • Perfect location to go to Euro Disney. Less positive aspects: Small thinks that a spoke straightway with the owner and I will take them into account for future customers.

    Chessy is a fantastic place to stay, especially for those visiting Disneyland Paris. The town has a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere while still being incredibly convenient, just minutes away from the parks. The train station in Chessy provides quick and easy access to both Disneyland and central Paris, making it a great base for exploring the area. The local shops and restaurants offer a nice variety, and we found everything we needed close by. The town is clean, well-kept, and family-friendly, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable.

    The ad was an inaccurate description of whats available, The sofa bed was not suitable or fit for purpose. The whole place smelt and did not feel clean. They were clearly aware of this as the balcony door was left open on entering

    The hotel is beautiful and well located for our trip to...

    The hotel is beautiful and well located for our trip to Disneyland Paris, the complimentary cars to and from the park really are a god send after a full day in the park. We did choose to walk some days since the location is so nice which only took 15/20 mins. We booked on a B&B basis, although the only thing that lets this beautiful hotel down was the lack of food being replenished in the restaurant in the mornings. Some days we virtually had nothing as there wasn't anything to eat. This is peak season and a busy hotel so the food or lack of it really needs addressed. We did not use the hotel pool as we travelled with a 5 year old and the allocated times for this age group was and hour late morning and again an hour late afternoon. There was a large shopping Mall behind the hotel with a Supermarket downstairs and also a designer outlet nearby, all if which are a 5 min walk from the hotel. There are several places to eat all around the hotel which are all reasonably priced. I chose this hotel as after a full day in Disney it was nice to come back to some normality and a bit of quiet to recharge the batteries. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and the smell of the Spa products used by the hotel hits you as you enter the foyer very fresh and welcoming.

    The location was perfect for a trip to Disneyland Paris. Two-minute walk to the train station and a five-minute journey to Disney. Key entry system to an apartment which felt very safe and secure. Light, airy, cool, clean and spacious rooms. We chose to dine out, but the kitchen looked well-equipped with an oven hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Beds are comfortable, and a separate toilet and bathroom were a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

    Location was excellent. 5 min walk to shopping centre and restuarants. 3 min walk to train station and only 1 stop to disneyland paris. Beds v comfortable and apartment clean and bright. Host was very appraochable . Checking in with door code was very doable as host messages you instructions prior to check in.
