I love the place, specially the staff. They are always so helpfull and gentle. I highly reccomend this place. My stay was great. The room was always so clean and they clean the room everyday. I would like to apologise for my mistake about my previous comment, which suppose to be to another Hotel.

The apartment is very clean, cosy and calm. Wi-Fi is fast and you can be sure in connection if you are staying for the work. Kitchen is well-equipped. You cab easy get to Paris and there 2 big shops close to the location. The host was very assisting, the hospitality and personality incredibly impressed me. I highly recommend this apartment for staying.

The staff was very nice and kind, and everyone was ready to help and answer the questions that we had. Everything was clean, there were many different things already bought for us (some food, etc.), we were pleasantly surprised. It’s not too far away from to the metro station and it was easy to get to the city center.

I loved the vibes from the house!!! I enjoyd a lot preparing a meal,and coming back "home" after looong long days hanging around paris was so lovely i could live there,seriously! Its like 45/50 min away from paris but the transport work so good that we did'nt had one single problem with them during the whole week Yohann is good too,he can be there if u need something but at the same time,if ure looking for privacy,then,you're never gonna feel his presence Bed are comfortable,clima is good Not a lot of dishes or pan,cooking for 4 in a little little pan kinda hard but not this big deal Thank you so much!

The apartment was well equipped and close to the train station with the city only being 15 mins onnthr train. There are lots of food places a short walk in the area and even a short walk to the tram! It was handy to be able to wash and dry clothes. The beds were comfy and the roller shutters made the room nice and dark. The staff were friendly and helpful.

    The Hotel de Ville and the street market make a difference. It is super easy to get around Paris and the suburbs, and within a short time. The downside is that transport tickets can be costly and confusing. Always ask and reconfirm understanding before buying a ticket. Visiting Chatelet and taking a boat ride can add a touch of excitement to one's life.

    Great place. Worth every single penny.

    Great place. Worth every single penny. It was clean and comfortable. All I needed was there. Very cute, well maintained studio. Communication with the host was super easy. He was replying quite fast and friendly. Plus, it was walking distance to Aldi. For sure I will stay there again in the future.

    On the 22nd floor had to walk down stairs one day as only 1 of 3 lifts were working. But I looked at it positively and it made good excercise as was just one of those things. Entrance to block main doors were smashed in waiting repair again one of those things. Once in the apartment it was cosy cute and comfortable. The view was magnificent I needed to ask the host about something and she responded immediately. The place was well equipped but a little welcome pack with a few teabags etc to get you started would have been a nice gesture after a long journey. We had the most wonderful time and many thanks.     They lied about the facilities.

    They lied about the facilities. No washing Maschine, no toiletries, no functioning TV. No electric kettle, no dryer, no tea, coffee facilities, no ironing facilities. They pictured number three, which I was supposed to stay, but downgraded me to a much worse place. The place is far away from supermarkets. I had to buy water in a bar for very expensive price and stayed without dinner. The owner offer payed trips to the airport, but does not respect the guest’s time schedule, besides being very rude. After being quite happy for never hearing from this people again, I got a 274 EUR bill for a broken TV I never used in first place. Disgusting and appalling. Do not recommend this place.
