    Excellent location to visit the Overload Museum and the American war graves and museum. Also Omaha beach. A fabulous day to visit all 3. Omaha Beach has good parking and a nice friendly restaurant with staff speaking English. Nearby is Port en Bessin, great harbour with a number of evening restaurants even in March. Local fish on the menu. Longues sur mer, great for German defences. Better than Pointe du Hoc if you need to make a choice. Location for scene from the film, the Longest Day.

Owners are lovely people, they recommended places to visit, restaurants to eat Homemade breakfast was exceptional, really delicious Hotel had a garden, where you can sit and relax Also there was a kitchen with tea, coffee, fridge, etc

    A beautiful typically French hotel perfectly located for omaha beach. We drove to the port du bassin for an evening meal, literally 10 minutes away with plenty of parking. Breakfast was amazing and we even purchased some apple juice and calvados jam to take with us on our onward journey.
