The bar was closed, however, the gentleman on Reception opened up the bar for us and within an hour, he had around ten other guests all enjoying a drink. Breakfast was superb. Unfortunately, we had an early start so were not able to explore the rest of the hotel or surrounding area. We were travelling by motorcycle and the car park under the hotel was relatively secure.
