Friendly staff, lovely clean comfortable bed. Lovely linen, dressing gowns supplied. Nice coffee machine Our room was not ready on our arrival but we were given coffee and cake and did not have to wait long. Great restaurant next foor.

Stayed here in February. Rooms were simple but warm and clean. Good hot water too in the shower. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful. Hotel is a short walk from central Dieppe and the train station to Rouen.

Excellent and very nice staff. Very clean room. Great products for breakfast. Machine with very good hot drinks in restaurant (ristretto, espresso, double spresso, lungo, hazelnut, cafe au lait, chokyccino, hot chocolate, milk, hot water). Friendly helpful reception staff. Our room had a lovely view over the roundabout and bathing pavilion, with distant views to the beach. Excellent sound insulation with windows shut. Well thought out room design (prestige room with sea view). Bicycle racks in secure underground car park for safe undercover bike storage.

    Dieppe has everything for a short break and lots of restaurants to choose from, The market is fantastic and the kite festival was on. Lovely long walk along the prom. The station is just ten minutes walk from the town and the harbour Is very picturesque.

    The cafés and restaurants all serve local fare, but if you're self-catering, the market and Carrefour shops in the centre have all you need to make some interesting meals. The little shops are excellent with lots of local souvenirs, but they're quite pricey. The castle is well worth a visit, including an amazing art gallery and information about the history of the Dieppe region. There's also plenty to do in the surrounding area and some guides are available for interesting themed walks around the town. A pity the Pont Colbert is out of service as this causes lots of wasted time crossing the estuary.

    There are nice day trips to be done from Dieppe.

    There are nice day trips to be done from Dieppe. I went to the pretty resort of Le Tréport and went up there (free !) Funicular Railway for a magnificent view at the top. Then took a 45 minute train-ride to the beautiful historic city of Rouen on the river Seine.

    Chateau museum closed Monday and Tuesday.

    Chateau museum closed Monday and Tuesday. 6.5 euro admission charge, but worth visiting. Lovely 12-14 century church free to visit. Motor boat rides from the harbour approx 14 euros for about 45 mins out and back, but commentary only in French. Moules frites from about 15 euros at many restaurants. Cheap hot dog and burger stalls along the beach from 3.50 for a hot dog in french bread.

    An another day would have given us a chance to visit the castle. We arrived in the town in good time to find a cafe for breakfast but found it quite hard to find somewhere to eat. The large church seemed closed.. We did learn a bit about WW2 landings from the signs around the town.

    great for a short break

    great for a short break we took the ferry as foot passengers as you don't need a car ,ferry goes right into town .15 -25 min walk into town restaurants everywhere, good prices, go on a Saturday and take a walk round the biggest market you've ever seen

    This is a very nice apartment: well-designed, modern, clean, and new. A lot of thought has gone into it and for the price it is a real bargain. The apartment is near the harbour and a lot of restaurants and bars. I did not meet the owners but they responded promptly to queries. This was my favourite accommodation on my trip through France -- I thoroughly recommend it.

    On arrival we met a couple that at first we didn’t know if they were staying at the property or the owners. Obviously we were in France but they did not speak English. So I called the owner but they also couldn’t speak English and our French wasn’t great. However, we managed to get keys and into the Apartments.

    Bike storage, breakfast . Excellent managers, we couldn’t locate the hotel as a bridge was closed into Dieppe. We were on bikes arrived from the ferry after 10.00pm . Rang the hotel, the manager came out in his car and guided us in. It was service above and beyond
