Ideally situated in the center of Dinard so close and handy for the beach. Our room had a terrace which made the room seem much bigger. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very good. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The breakfast was good with great selection of juices, breads and cereals. We used the private parking garage and it was excellent if a little tight for larger cars. The air conditioning worowell and was silent. Dinard is a lovely clean town with such wonderful architectured houses and the beach is perfect for children.

    Dinard in mid-September is lovely.

    Dinard in mid-September is lovely. The crowds have gone home but it is still busy. The weather can still be warm during the day for a paddle on the beaches. There are some nice cafes and great restaurants. We love the place!

    Dinard is a lovely, clean and friendly town that is very 'chilled' - it puts our UK seaside resorts to absolute shame. Perhaps because there were few 'brits' there - certainly not many 'tubs & tats' There are loads of good shops and restaurants and the locals are really welcoming. The facilities are great for adults and kids alike and prices were quite normal.

    The view from this elegant apartment is simply stunning!

    The view from this elegant apartment is simply stunning! The position is great and having safe, free parking made such a difference - we didn't use the car all weekend and really loved the short boat trip over to St Malo. The building (former Hotel Royal) is in need of significant renovation. Work is underway which could make things noisy during the week but Friday-Monday was perfect.

    The coastal path collects all the main beaches and leads you alongside the sea below the grand villas. When the sun shines the sea is emerald. Plenty of restaurants and cafes. Interesting shops, art studios etc. UK/Irish film festival in October.

    Dinard is a great location for a family beach holiday but...

    Dinard is a great location for a family beach holiday but also for visiting the numerous sites of interests in that region of Brittany and Normandy. Whilst there, we visited St Malo, Le Mont St Michel, Dinan, Fort La Latte and Le Val-Andre amongst many others. Lots of history but also countryside. Great boat trips from Dinard to lots of places. Easy to get around on foot - lovely Promenade Du Clair de Lune which followed the coast around the bay.

    Such a lovely place to stay. So much character. Staying here when cycle touring is amazing, they even have undercover bike parking!!!! It’s the perfect distance from Dinard centre, Comfortable beds, blackout blinds and a really lovely room, the receptionist was lovely and helpful too. I can’t be positive enough about this hotel, it deserves way more than 2 stars and I will definitely come back.

    The location of the hotel is outstanding. We had a room with a sea view on the second floor from which we had a stunning view. Breakfast is a must. The dining room is on the lower ground floor and again the view is stunning. The food was varied and very good value. The hotel is very French and of an era but we loved it.

    The hotel is close to the center, 5 minutes walk. We had a beautiful and spacious room. There is public parking near the hotel, but there is an inexpensive parking 5 minutes away, we left the car there. Breakfast was simple, no eggs. We liked it here.
