    I was unfortunately ill during the whol time of our stay, so...

    I was unfortunately ill during the whol time of our stay, so the only facilities in town that I can recommend for easy access and use are: the pharmacy, the florist and the cashpoint. Parking was free in the centre of town, but I don't know for how long etc.

    Old historical medieval town which is lovely to walk through...

    Old historical medieval town which is lovely to walk through. It is a bit hilly and there are cobbled streets. The view from the top is amazing across the local countryside. Local churches and museums to visit and (if lucky) mediaeval fetes as well. Friendly bars and restaurants.

    Blandine, our host was the loveliest lady. She couldn’t do enough to help, and clearly loves her home. We were very lucky to share it with her for a night. Beautiful house, beautiful breakfast and perfect location for exploring Domfront. Our small children loved the building as it is very quirky and full of character.

    Friendly helpful staff, who made us a takeaway lunch on short notice. And most helpful as we needed to ride our bikes - Velo- , our host showed us the nearby and flat Voie Verte which led to our destination town of Flers. I recommend enjoying a meal at the Grill attached to the hotel and views of the garden.

    Victoria was a superb host, made us tea on our arrival and helped us to book a local restaurant. Very pleasant surroundings and we'd be happy to return. Domfront is a beautiful town which a lot to see.
