Beautiful boutique hotel- 4 rooms - not Like a hotel- guests in your friends home. The owners could not be more delightful or accommodating. Usually usually stay at Crayères in Reims- wanted to do something different for the first two nights- loved being in downtown Epernay- can't say enough good things about this property or the owners. Oh, and loved having my own private sauna and whirlpool... a First for me in a hotel room. Amazing.

We had a great stay at Kyriad Épernay. The hotel offers excellent value for money with clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient location - just a short walk from the town center and Avenue de Champagne. Parking was easy, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was quiet, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Pet friendly. We especially appreciated the friendly staff, who were helpful and welcoming throughout. An ideal base for exploring Épernay!

Excellent location. It was convenient to the places we wanted to be. Walkable, clean, safe. The front desk staff, Bea specifically, was incredibly lovely. My French is A2 and she let me go on fumbling and being understanding until we both realized we could talk to each other in English. She was so helpful - beyond helpful - when it came to recommendations, helping us grab a bottle of champagne at the hotel bar, and even a future trip to Portugal!

    Epernay is all about the champagne.

    Epernay is all about the champagne. Our visit included Sunday and Monday evenings and as a result we found it very difficult to book a decent restaurant due to many closing on those days. We would visit again but maybe towards the end of the week.

    A compact town centre with many restaurants and tabacs. Lots of shops and two large supermarkets within five minutes drive. Surrounding countryside absolutely stunning, and numerous locations and opportunities for Champagne tasting and purchasing. Traffic-free roads an absolute delight. We will definitely be back.

    The town of Epernay was easy to walk around and we found everything that we needed. Visiting the Avenue de Champagne was impressive, informative and very enjoyable. Restaurants: La Grillade du Gormande was our best meal during our visit. We also enjoyed Le Cave a Champagne.

    This is a lovely town.

    This is a lovely town. It's obviously famous as being one of the main centres for Champagne but there is plenty else to see in the town on a shorter stay and in the surrounding area if you want to stay for longer as we did. The most popular restaurants get booked up so planning in advance is advised although we found enough with availability whilst we were there.

    A busy work a day town that has champagne at its heart. It is not scenic in a French way but nonetheless less it was an interesting place to spend a day and a half. It rained heavily so we toured the champagne route in the car but as It was a Sunday nowhere was open. We had a champagne tour on the Monday at Charles Mignon. There were a variety of restaurants of differing standards.

    If you are into champagne this is the place for you.

    If you are into champagne this is the place for you. Plenty of tasting opportunities but the Avenue de Champagne is a bit of a disappointment. Interesting architecture but only one independent champagne bar. There are more in the town, however. When we were there (mid June) it was mercifully free of mass tourism and selfie takers.

    It is one of the most central and stylish apartment in Epernay. It is our 4th visit to the town and surely the best apartment that we have found so far. It is around the corner from the market, the Avenue Champagne is 3 minutes and all the shops and bistros are just a couple of minutes walk away. The place is really really equipped with all possible things that one might need. Bonus point for the nice plates and glassware, which is not just the regular ikea style.

    We were greeted warmly by a very lovely receptionist who could not be more helpful, showing us a map of the area and where to go, and providing some great information. The room was very clean, we were in a family room which was set up with lots of space and 2 proper single beds alongside a double. Perfect for our family. The hotel was a short walk into Épernay. Breakfast was good, everything we needed. Definitely stay here again.

    The flat is perfectly located near to the Avenue de Champagne and a short walk to the centre of Epernay. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated - it felt like a real home away from home and I could happily have stayed there! It has all the facilities you might need: comfy beds, great shower & bath, huge TV, enough kitchenware for basic cooking, induction hob and oven, and a large fridge. Would highly recommend!

    Very nicely located littel hotel. About 15 minutes walk to the city center. Room was at bit small but had everything needed. Bathroom was rather new. The owners extremely friendly and caring about their guests. Enough parking space for cars. Breakfast was good for France, I missed some eggs but instead I had very good french croissants. We will certainly come back to this place.

    Property owner met us with the keys and carried our bags upstairs for us. Apartment is compact but very French and perfect. Location was fantastic with restaurants near by and walking distance to all the Champagne Houses of Epernay.
