We made a last minute booking as our car broke down and it was too late to travel to the UK The staff were so great. The guy that was working cooked us some hot food. It was past midnight and we had a starving 6 year old with us. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Super nice bed, not too soft not too hard, slept amazingly well! Nice gym and spa area Staff is very friendly Breakfast buffet was great The water dispensing machine (with sparkling water!!), might sound insignificant but I really rate this kind of attention, also reducing plastic waste 👏

The rooms were a very pleasant large size. The separate toilet & shower is brilliant. Staff very, very friendly and assisting. Used the sauna after the Alsace wine marathon, great facility, at a very good price. Breakfast, great value for money, and great selection
