This is truly an awesome castle, we loved it, so old worldly it was just gorgeous, a real step back in time, we felt so privileged to be able to stay. We ate at the restaurant up the road as it was a Monday and the main restaurant was not open. We loved the food, we loved the atmosphere and the staff were so wonderful. The staff at the Chateau were also terrific nothing was to much trouble, welcomed with a smile, thank you.Guest review byJuliaAustralia

The breakfast is particularly good and served in a very friendly manner and very efficiently. Dinner at the nearby L'Atelier d'Etoges is worth trying. The hotel staff are very helpful with ad-hoc requests (such as keeping food in the fridge/freezer or storing cases of wine in a cool room).
