Friendly welcome and local information. Good location, with free parking on site. We took the inclusive breakfast and evening meal option, which was good value, and the evening meals were delicious, and gave us an insight into Lebanese cuisine. The host was friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English, and shared his recipes with us. A good centre for visiting the many beautiful châteaux and towns in the Eastern Loire area. Good breakfast was delivered to our appartment, including fresh eggs from the owner's chickens. We had 2 good evening meals, cooked by the Lebanese owner, which we really enjoyed, so much so that I asked him for one of the recipes, which he willingly gave me. Location suited us for a stop on the way home via Dieppe. We stayed for 2 nights, so had a free day when we visited the châteaux of Gien (walking distance) and Sully sur Loire.
