This hotel was perfect!! We chose this hotel for a lot of reasons, but mostly because of the included spa. It did not disappoint! The sauna, steam room, and relaxation rooms were exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I'm grateful they spoke perfect English. They were accommodating in getting us special requests. Also, the spa and rooms were extremely clean! I had taken a gamble because I saw that there had been some negative reviews, but from what I can tell, all the negative reviews are from years past. The property must have been remodeled since the negative reviews. All I know is that when we went this past weekend, everything met and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel has two branches - one in town and one at the airfield at Haguenau. We were staying at the one in town, but arrived via the airfield. We received a very warm welcome, a cab was called fro us, and we were given free coffee while we waited.

We stopped here as part of a father son roadtrip. The hotel is outside the main city, but was easy to find. The rooms were a good size, and our twin room had a double bed and a single bed. The room was clean, modern. The breakfast was of a good selection.

    In an exceptionally smart location, on the outskirts of the Haguenau suburb Marienthal the property is absolutely wonderful. Almost everything was 100% perfect. The host was extremely professional, and served a varied breakfast each day freshly made at the arranged time. We stayed in a small self contained part of the house with our own entrance. The shower was more of a wellness experience, with four different types of water supply, a normal shower, or a waterfall shower, or a rain shower, and lastly a power shower from both sides.

    This hotel is perfectly located as it offers some tranquility away from the busy city of Strasbourg, yet has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, speaking fluent English with my mother and willing for me to practise my French with them. The spa was superb, as was the terrace and the quality of the food served in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

    After a very long drive from the Eurotunnel en route to Germany the location of the hotel was easy to find and hassle free reception. The staff were most obliging and kind. The couple who run the hotel were very hard working and keen to make the guest's stay as enjoyable as possible. This was an ideal stay, economical and quiet.
