La Clusaz is ok but not great. It's low so snow is unreliable. It is relatively cheap for lift passes. There are no taxis available any more so getting round town in really hard! It's a very tame resort. Very hard to get into a restaurant on a weekend evening.Guest review byAmyGuernsey - 6.0

The slopes are not great, they were not pisted / maintained well very bumpy,choppy slopes, with steep icy ends. Busy with lots of people going too fast for their skill level. Hard to find any where to eat restaurants booked weeks in advance. Ski lockers only available from 3pm and have to be given back by noon on departure day Not a. La Clusaz is a traditional ski resort with plenty of accommodation and places to eat (although it was often necessary to book ahead in the evening) The town is at a low level and so the runs back to the resort were patchy at this time of year. La Clusaz is a quaint, picturesque French mountain village close to Geneva with several ski lifts and plenty of ski runs. Driving in La Clusaz can get busy during the morning and around 4pm when skiers are leaving the area. Le Freka is a lovely french restaurant serving the traditional favourites such as Raclette and Fondue etc. When we visit again we would avoid the usual change over days (Saturday) as the roads were particulary All in all a great place to ski for all levels.Guest review byMandiUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Pretty village with good shopping, choice of restaurants (both on and off the mountain) and good skiing. Easily accessible up a fairly straight road out of Annecy. Not too busy (except weekends when locals descend). Ski area is good for intermediates although connections between the main ski areas are not great (long blues which are really green and often need some poling). La Clusaz is a beautiful town with fantastic skiing, lots of nice little shops and especially sports outlets. There are many restaurants though these do get booked up long in advance so do some research and email for a booking. The snow was not great this year in March, but that can hardly be held against the town! I suppose if it were at a higher altitude, the snow last longer, but I guess we were just a bit unlucky!Guest review byNickUnited Kingdom

It included a kitchenette, which we didn’t use, but is an added convenience. The swimming pool is large and well maintained and the spa is superb.
