we needed a stayover in France on our route to Barcelona from The Netherlands. We were met with a great scenery, a nice view over the hills and the old town (where we had a nice dinner at L’Absinthe restaurant). Madame Blondine is super nice, friendly and helpful (she arranged our reservation at the fully booked restaurant). And she prepared a lovely breakfast in the garden. Little gem in the French Drôme area.

I don't know where to start... this is a gem. We needed to break up a 12-hour car ride, and this was about the middle of the trip. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Gorgeous setting, super kind hosts, stylish decor, super comfortable beds, home-made food of the highest quality, and we even saw wild boars from the terrace! This was one of the best stays in a long time. We will be back, no question.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in whilst travelling through France and spain, (and we do stay in 5* properties). The location is great, only minutes from the motorway. The property is beautiful renovated. The rooms elegant and as for the restaurants WOW! The Bistro produces fantastic food, without a Michelin Star! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I arrived around 9 PM, weary from a long motorcycle ride, and found at Hôtel du Centre not just a place to rest, but a small oasis of kindness. The welcome was warm, the attention flawless—genuine care in every detail. Dinner was a delight from start to finish. I tried it all: starter, main, dessert—each plate full of flavor, and somehow made even richer by the lovely service. It’s one of those rare places where you wish the road could wait a little, just so you could stay a while longer.

Set in a residential area and tucked away it felt very safe, nice & quiet too. Great value for money, a nice sized pool (a tad cold!) which was ideal on a hot day. Rooms were clean and very new, Air-Con worked very well (needed the day we stayed). Restaurant/Food was outstanding, had an amazing meal. Hard to fault. Will stay again!
