The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the ski lifts. The staff is exceptionally kind, the rooms are spacious and pleasant and families with children have a perfect solution with the spa complex, the pools, the playground and more. The ski shop is also great, with a very professional and helpful staff.

The property was in a good location, short walk to the slopes. Great ski locker room. There is plenty of room in the communal areas. All beds are in rooms - no one needs to sleep in the lounge. Enough storage space. Three bathrooms😀 Good view from the balcony. There was enough crockery and cutlery plus pans etc for basic catering.

The staff were really accommodating of our last minute booking and arrival and my dodgy French. The room was compact but clean and tidy. The staff were keen to help us out and explain how everything worked. The food in the restaurant was excellent - huge variety and good quality. Previous review was negative but over 3 days we had different dishes every day and plenty of it. We were very impressed and the restaurant was kept clean, clear and well stocked and they were there for long hours too. I didn’t use the pool but that was clean and the kids were clearly enjoying it.

    The hotel is amazing, the staff have been very well trained and are exceptionally polite and patient. The pool and spa area were just what we needed and not too busy. The bar staff made the experience super special and the facilities for kids is second to none. Beds were incredibly comfortable. We will be back

    Excellent location with door step ski-ing. Warm, comfortable and adequate facilities in the rooms. Ski hire shop in the hotel. The breakfast was very good with cereals, meats, cheese, hot food, juices, fresh bread and a great coffee machine.

    12 person duplex is a great value got money: spacious, very good location, ski in/out, just a 2min walk to the centrally located square in La Plagne Soleil. Elevator very conveniently giving access to ski locker/parking garage from apartment
