Excellent location near beach and good facilities at the hotel such ad heated swimming pools, bike hire, spa and a restaurant. The rooms were lovely, with really comfortable beds and the staff extremely helpful.

Both me and my husband were travelling to a few places in France by car.we had booked 3 places on line.Staying with 2 Gentlemen and their beautiful dog was a big plus for us .the apartment they had was so beautiful. Spotless.everything was provided down to the breakfast .I would highly recommend this beautiful appartmet without hesitation. From the moment we arrived to our departure, the staff was extremely warm and friendly. The hotel is perfectly located on the harbor and we had a splendid view of the harbor from our windows. The room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, including the terrific mattress for a good night's sleep. It had a nice sitting area for reading and watching the news. The bathroom was large and supplied with Chopard amenities. The adjacent restaurant George's serves a very nice breakfast and a wonderful dinner.

    Our poor experience was due to a lack of restaurant space that evening, so not applicable to future stays i guess. Overall its a well situated hotel close to beach and atmosphere is good around the courtyard based rooms.

    Fantastic for cycling, very quiet in June, friendly bars and restaurants and close to the ‘salt route’, which is so unique and interesting. Lots of wonderful birds, nature, wildlife and lovely beaches.

    We stayed off season and would love to return to enjoy the pool and the beaches. There were however spa activities if you are looking for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and the staff was able to provide me with gluten-free options. Merci!

    Great location, helpful friendly staff. Easy to cycle on the island and to visit other villages. A limited choice of restaurants in Bois-Plage but plenty of others not too far away. Hotel restaurant food is good but the service at this time August 2022 was very slow

    Absolutely charming village.

    Absolutely charming village. Great market and some sinfully good shops and shopping. Great restaurants and a very good cheese shop that you could sit outside, sip on coffee or wine and watch the world go by. We hired bicycles and explored the island that way. It was easy, affordable and a good excuse to indulge in a pudding at dinner.

    A great hotel.

    A great hotel. We booked a superior twin room which was lovely and spacious. Our room looked out onto the second pool which was marvellous. Lovely bathroom with a huge shower head plus a removable shower head. Bath robes and flip flops were provided. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and choice. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We hired bikes from the hotel which were great. (No helmets mentioned when I booked, so we took our own).

    We stayed in two interconnecting comfort rooms to accommodate three generations. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. The little hotel is spotless and very safe. Large rooms and bathrooms. Fluffy towels and quality linen. We came back to clean rooms every afternoon. Well situated for the beach, market and shops. Le Bois is quite central giving easy cycling to other beautiful towns and beaches.
