Touria on reception was extremly friendly and helpful to me and other guests and she really made the whole stay a very pleasant experience indeed. In fact all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned every day, beds were comfortable and it was quiet which I value highly. The location is a pleasant 30 mins walk from the Croissette or there are regular busses and of course taxis. The hotel was one of the cheaper ones I found so very good value.

The apartment is very nice and clean, the terrace is very spacious. The location was very quiet with walking distance to the bus directly to the city or to the beach. Jean and Rama were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking in the underground garage right in the building is also great.. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I loved this accommodation. It was so peaceful and comfortable, and was indeed very spacious. The fridge, microwave and kettle were a great bonus for self-catering, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. The additional coffee maker was a real treat. Buses into town leave regularly from a bus stop a short walk away, and the nearby hypermarket was very convenient. I loved looking out onto the garden, particularly in the morning. A really nice stay, and amazing value for money. Thank you for a great stay 😊👍

    I would not recommend le cannet as a destination. The flat was uncomfortable so we went for a walk but it’s a really gritty area There are better places outside of Cannes to enjoy your holiday in the south coast

    My stay at the apartment was perfect. Great location in a quieter area of Cannes, with a bus stop on the nearby avenue that takes you near the Palais, the beach, and the train station in just 10 minutes. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, always available for any questions or issues during the stay. The apartment itself is amazing — the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, everything was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely come back for a future trip to Cannes!

    Excellent communication from host prior to arrival with detailed instructions for parking and arriving, so check in was a breeze. Wonderful location up in the old town beautiful views of Cannes within 100m of the property. Bed upstairs pretty comfortable and heating source upstairs so able to be warm there. Well equipped kitchen.

    Very nice apartment. Everything is new and well decorated. And as the name says the Patio is really great to sit outside. Very well done. Its not in the center of Cannes, but in Le Cannet.. its 22 minutes walk from the apartment to the beach.. not far and hill down.
