The hotel owner and staff were very good to us. We are especially grateful to Mr. Adem for his hospitality. The room was the same as in the photos, everything was very clean and new. About the location, I can say that it is a 10-minute walk from the metro stop. We could reach the touristic places by traveling in 20 minutes by metro, it was easy. If we come again, we will stay at the same place again.

The size of the room was good and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets.The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. I truly recommend it

Quans homestay was really perfect for us. We have already decided that this will be our accomodation always when we visit Paris. Perfect location with a metro station on the doorstep, perfectly comfortable accomodation which would be a perfect fit not only fot a short, but also for a longer stay. Beutifuly decorated, equipped to cover more then your needs are, here you will find really literally everything what you wouldnt expect to have in such an accomodation. Very modern hostel, quiet and safe although slightly outside of the ring, close to the bus station and metro line 7. Short walk to the china town where has lots of Asian restaurants. Digital check-in, bed is allocated by the system, in case of needing help, staff is there 24h to help. All the facilities are new, the lounge is comfortable and has many sockets. It has serval functional areas. I stayed in the 6-bed female dorm, very spacious and clean. Personalised things are available on each bed, like light, charging station, towel hanger, small mirror, and two small net bags to keep personal belongings. When climbing up to the upper bed, there is no noise from the bed. Each bed has curtain and a big locker, locker is locked by the room card, so no need to bring own padlock. This is so far the best hostel I visited, will definitely come back.

    WE DONT RECOMMAND this place because the owner is not an honest person. He did not send us the code for the key box the arrival day so we waited more than 3 hours in the street not to mention after 30h flight and 2 young kids and with all the luggage.we had to book a hostel nearby which was expensive (last minute hostel in Paris in.july...). It was very stressful situation! He contacted us only late in the Evening for the code and said he would reimburse a part of the hostel but he never did!we are very disappointed and we dont recommand this place at all!

    The issue with this stay had less to do with Le Kremlin-...

    The issue with this stay had less to do with Le Kremlin-Bicetre than the reason we had to rebook our 3 days in Paris but more to do with Chambre Dans Grand Apartment Paris 15 who double booked our accommodation despite us prepaying E190.00 in full. We were forced to look for alternative accommodation on arrival as the Owner did not even come to meet us at the apartment as arranged or answer his telephone which was on Voicemail. Le Kremlin is just outside the border of Central Paris. So we had to rebook with Le Kremlin and then cancelled Chambre Dans Grand Apartment which might have been the wrong thing to do. Le Kremlin was fine although far out of the central area where we wanted to be.

    Sylvie and Christian are very welcoming and responsive hosts! The place is well-equipped and exceptionally clean – ideal for a few days' stay. Kremlin-Bicêtre is a peaceful neighborhood with grocery stores and public transport within a few minutes' reach – not exactly Central Paris, but we're talking adequate price tags here :)

    The location was nice and close to a bus line that takes you right into Paris. Many good restaurants around. Room itself was nice with the bunk bed for kids , a bit tight but that was expected on the price level.
