The only thing that was strange was “ egg scrambled” and left for guest to use a spoon and place the quantity on a plate. There was no instructions left to say that the “scrambled egg” was cold and should be heated !!! It was gooey and tasteless. Pls place clear instructions to future guests. Other items were good quality.

We were welcomed by a smiling receptionist who was very warm and welcoming. The room was of a good size and the large bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and of a reasonable size with all required to freshen up after a drive. Plenty of free parking.

Although this is a 4-star hotel, it deserves all 5! Everything was just amazing.. warm and welcoming staff members, really clean, modern and cosy room, perfect sauna, delicious breakfast. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around 5-10min walk. We felt so good there that we even got a bit upset that the time had passed so fast, and we had to leave this amazing place. If we visit Agen again, there is no doubt that we are staying here.

Our ground floor room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants but is also quite. The host was really nice, the hotel is also his home. Secure parking for our motorcycle.

A lovely hotel, everyone was helpful and friendly, a nice location that felt special. Excellent value for money too. They provided me with a gluten free breakfast and dinner at short notice and with no fuss, which was much appreciated. The pool was really nice and well presented.

This was an overnight stay and it was lovely. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The breakfast was the best one we had had on our journey in Spain and France. A Steak House, MacDonalds, pizza place and a family run Chinese restaurant were within a two minute walk distance. We liked it here.

Easy to find and perfect for a one night stop en route through France to Spain. Room exceptionally clean and king size bed very comfortable. Staff really friendly and very helpful. Evening meal very good as was breakfast. Would definitely stop here again.

    Right by the agen peage between Toulouse and Bordeaux, we used this as a Travelodge. French is helpful - we checked after midnight, had a few hours rest and a shower and left at 4.39 am to make an early flight. This is not a holiday hotel for relaxing. It is a comfy bed, good a/c, good parking, convenient for our needs.

    It's a budget hotel, so basic, but comfortable. Staff were helpful and accommodating to out many questions. Bonus. A beautiful friendly ginger cat called Bibis was a treat to our animal loving children.

    The hotel had reception 24hour open. Booking says check-in only till 21.00, which was almost deal breaker for me, but after contacting the property, they said it's ok to come anytime.
