Plenty to do, lots to see, good restaurants & shops. Wonderful surrounding area with castles, lakes and waterfalls. The Museum Crozatier has excellent displays explaining the geological formation of the key features. The owner, was extremely helpful, helping me get settled; after my late arrival. I had booked the wrong date by mistake and this was changed with no fuss or penalty, which was kind as my mistake meant I had booked a room but did not turn up until a day later. No attempt was made to charge for the missed night.
