This is a traditional Perigord property with a wealth of traditional features. The double bedroom on the ground floor is spacious and airy and looks onto a beautiful screened patio. The gardens are rustic and private with a stunning swimming pool. There are plenty of areas for outdoor dining and relaxing. The house has a variety of rooms to relax in and a traditional kitchen. The location is wonderful as it is close to PonBomme - a park with a beach and swimming and a lovely outdoor restaurant. Bergerac is about 14 minute drive away and is an absolutly beautiful Medieval village on the Dordogne River. The location is semi rural so you will definitely need a car but that’s all part of its charm.

Both of the Ladies who welcomed us were extremely nice. They explained all amenities and what should be seen. In Bergerac. The room was renovated, nicely decorated, and very comfortable, especially the shower. Thank you for this wonderful stay in Bergerac.

    The area around Lembras was great.

    The area around Lembras was great. We explored Bergerac which is very close but also travelled to other towns and villages to see more of the area. We found a great little restaurant in one of the local villages, which we passed onto Eric and Jose to recommend to others.

    Super clean, it felt great to finally have a spacious room with a big double bed (in most other hotels/b&bs in the area the beds are 140 or 160 cm), there’s a big pool that you often have to yourself, plenty of nicely arranged green and seating space around, calm. There’s as well a lake with a beach nearby. Plentiful breakfast. There’s also a shared fridge. Very safe, easy access and roofed parking space. Eric and Josephine are incredibly kind hosts, they treated us as family and we can’t wait to stay there again.
