Easy to locate as directly off main highway. Short walk to Bourg Metro station so used public transport the whole time I was in Lille and left car at the hotel with free parking that felt very secure

Everything was brilliant, service, breakfast, the club where you could have free snack and drinks all day, stylish and modern, very comfy bed. we had lovely time and the staff was really helpful, in particular Perni.

    The service and facilities are really poor. It is difficult to stay in a hotel, without a fridge, coffee or thee machine for 4 nights of stay, especially when you are with children 😉. The rooms have never been cleaned in 4 night of stay!!! The door of one room was difficult to open, that was communicated, but none came to check and fix the issue.

    Friendly staff. Helpful. Gave good information on how to get around Lille. Very comfortable beds. Clean sheets. If you wish to have peace and quiet away from the crowds and the nightlife of Lille, this hotel is an easy 20 minute metro ride from the centre.

    For its price this hotel was excellent. We arrived after 23:00hrs no problem getting in. Went to sleep. Had a good nights sleep. Had their properly priced breakfast, and left. Staff were friendly and witty. Perfect for our needs
