The Hosts were amazing and went out their way to accommodate our needs and timings. The property is stunning, clean, abundant amount of space with a great WC to bedroom ratio. I will not hesitate to book again in the coming years. The whole property is stunning and a great place to end the day after exploring the local area. Kitchen had just about everything one would need on a trip with the courtyard being our favorite place to be in the evenings. Felt like home.

The location was super convenient for visiting all of the Normandy WWII sites. The house was large enough for the family and comfortable. Two full bathrooms made showers easier. The kitchen was fully furnished and had plenty of dishes to use.

Very efficient and courteous staff. Room was excellent and breakfast spread was very good. We also had a la crate dinner and food was excellent. If we ever come back to Bayeux we will definitely go back here and will be highly recommending to friends and family !

    The Batterie de Longues-sur-Mer was only 5 minutes by car and Bayeaux 15 minutes. D-Day beaches close by as well. Arromanches musee du debarquement very close and a real highlight. Restaurants available in the next town Port-en-Bessin-Huppain.

    Great location for seeing all of the DDay beaches.

    Great location for seeing all of the DDay beaches. Just 5 miles from Bayeux which is a must to visit. There are lots of cycle routes, walks, and bunkers to see in Longues-sur-Mer itself. There is one local shop for essentials but for a full shop you will need a car. We visited at the end of August and it was very quiet so there was no problem finding places to park (all free!) and eat. Obviously visiting around June 6th would be like a different world but I'm sure the atmosphere and sense of occasion is worth it.
