The house is so beautifully renovated, nicely decorated abd has a charming garden with free-range chicken laying the eggs for your breakfast. Edith and Peter are so interesting and nice, you feel immediately at home. Edith prepares excellent dinners on Sundays and Mondays, while you can choose your wine from Peter’s impressing wine cellar. Breakfast is equally at the same high standards. We fully enjoyed our stay and only regret that we didn’t stay longer.

Our host is reconstructing this gem of chateux with love and care and also arranged everything we needed (even a dinner on Sunday in a nearby restaurant). The interiors are done very nicely, rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and suited for people with mobility issues. Nights are tranquil. Beware- Sundays and Mondays the majority of restaurants is closed in France. Also every day between 14.00- 19.00 it is hard to get meals in France.

Very cute place with goats and chickens. My dog caught one of the latter, I Really Hope she is ok ! Calm location in the middle of the country, but you can still take the car and drive 10-15 minutes to find a Nice restaurant.
