Astonishing, marvellous property, the owners welcomed us so well that we felt immediately at home, the rooms are very quiet, spacious and bright overseeing the garden, lovely design and you’ll find all one needs for relaxed vacations. The property comes just of a design catalogue with an excellent pool as an extra. St Emillion is just around the corner. (You’ll need a car to be comfortable to move around easily!). We had a wonderful week at the vineyard Château La Grande Clotte. The suites were big, beautiful furnited and clean. We felt like home. We could use a kitchen in case we stayed with wine and cheese at the sociable dining table or on the terrace with a stunning view of the vineyards. Definitely recommend the suggested bike tour and the tour around the vineyard with Julie. The château ist perfectly located to do day trips to the ocean, Bordeaux or around the wine area. Julie was a great host, who always had great tips for us (trust her with her restaurant tips - we had such great dinner).

    Truly a chateau it is, even though I didn't have the opportunity to spend the night within its walls. Yana's impeccable service stood out. The property's beauty is simply captivating, and the unexpected delight of the fruit trees added an extra layer of charm. With its abundant potential, we are eagerly looking forward to a return visit, envisioning a stay inside the magnificent chateau itself.

    The room was delightful and a massive and well presented bathroom. The main foyer and breakfast area presented really well and breakfast very enjoyable. A highlight of our stay was an offer to tour the vineyard and cellars and learn more about the family history of Cooperage and barrel making. We had such a delightful and restful stay and we so very much appreciated the care and experience that Elodie created for us on our tour of the hotel grounds and cellars. Such a delight all round!

    Very homey experience, the hosts were friendly, anttentive and welcoming. The pets of the hotel, 3 cats and 2 dogs are very sweet. The dinner was a set menu - very tasty. The hotel was superbly decorated. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

    We loved absolutely everything. Hotel is very cozy. Owners are very friendly and do their best for the guests to feel like at home. We’ve got the tour around the winery, participated in masterclass and tried their wine. Fantastic place!
