This was a highly anticipated stay at Les Sources de Caudalie. Rooms, facilities and food were just as special as they look and as one would expect. What will amaze you is 1) Every single person in this hotel knows exactly what to do in every circumstance, so service flows in the most gracious way and 2) In-room amenities, towels, bed linen, as well as every single product in every restaurant and bar is of the highest standard and sourced locally, rightfully matching the iconic Smith Haut Lafitte vineyards and the Caudalie Vinothérapie Spa. One advice for readers: Visit the château and the vineyards.

Fantastik/amazing location, great food, private parking, very nice pool with sunbeds, very helpfull and kind owner family (incl. the dog Scott) ;-)! Had a big 4 Pers. cabin for 3 adults with our own large spa overlooking the wineyards of Chateau Lafarge and only 1,5 km from Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte (awarded as the best wineyard In the world for the last 4 years). We would very much like to come back to this amazing and ‘hitten gem’!

It has ample parking on the hotel premises, which provides convenience and security, which was important to us because we were traveling with a car full of luggage.     The location and the female owner’s attitude.

    The location and the female owner’s attitude. However, as the restaurant was closed and we had booked a table, he tried to move our booking elsewhere without joy. He was unhelpful in his excerpts. It’s very tired and worn out and uncomfortable, but her food is amazing!!! It’s worth staying just for her food. None of the advertised facilities are working, pool, jacuzzi, sauna etc.. and the bathrooms are dreadful. But don’t let that out you off!

    Beautiful tranquil surroundings, old architectural buildings sympathetically converted into parts of the hotel and maintained perfectly. Food at La Grande Vigne amazing. Option of wine tour at adjacent Smith Haute Lafitte vineyard definitely worth taking. Bicycles available for guests to explore the area a lovely touch and a really good way to see around. Indoor and outdoor pools fabulous.
