The setting is exceptional with an incredible view of the river. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to the fisherman’s lodge which was very spacious, well equipped and modern with cool styling. The host was very welcoming and the beds were super comfortable. We also had a safe place to store our bikes, guarded by the owners adorable Labrador.

We loved it here, the weather was fab and we just enjoyed relaxing by the pool. We were on a big road trip and this was a perfect stop in-between our busy activities. My children didn't want to leave! It's spacious and open plan, great that it had a washing machine to!

Very welcoming and helpful man on reception when we arrived on our bikes. Garaged our bikes for us and gave us a cold drink then helped us carry our panniers to the room. Took our drink bottles, washed, filled and refrigerated them till next morning. Breakfast good and good value. A nice overnight stay on our cycle trip along the Velo Francette.
