We loved this property. I was skeptical since it looks like an old building, but trust me you will not regret anything about staying here. From cleanliness to the view from the balcony and to the staff, everything was above our expectations. We were 2 vegetarians in our group of 3 and eventhough they do not have a vegetarian menu in their restaurant (which by the way has amazing view and ambiance), they made something for us and just charged 10€ per plate. We really appreciate all their efforts to make the stay comfortable and welcoming.

Basic rooms, wonderful food. The hotel and the restaurant is located in a pretty rustic building in a lovely town of Aups. If you stay here make sure to book a table for dinner - the food is mind-blowing and beautifully served. The restaurant is actually recognised in local and national guides. 37 euros for a 3 course meal was well spent. Thank you for this lovely experience.

Everything was perfect! It's a family owned hotel/restaurant and the hosts are very friendly. I arrived during rush time but they took time for me. The rooms have been recently renovated and well decorated. The bed is comfortable and there are parking spots nearby. Aups by itself is worth visiting, they have local provençal market twice a week and all inhabitants are welcoming and smiling.

    Very quiert village with a single restaurant.

    Very quiert village with a single restaurant. The surrounding area has lots to see and do if you like the outdoors especially hiking in the area. Scenery is lovely but I imagine very busy in Summer. Roads are quiet off season. Hiking in the Verdon Gorge iof yoiu are fit or taking an electric boat if you fancy a more leisurely view. Looks great for swimming too.

    The village was pretty, but only had one small restaurant. The main attraction with the location is that it is a good base for exploring Les Gorges du Verdon, with its medieval villages and water based activities.
