The cleanliness (spotless!), the location (10-min away from the train station and a station away from Disney), the large size, the components of the facility (beds, kitchen, washing machine, dish washer, etc.), thought about the small things (toys for the toddler, funny pictures on the walls), the service (for example, a detailed video explanations of the entrance and parking), and the price - everything was excellent. Classic for a family that want to experience the nearby Euro Disney.

The place was very clean and organised. The owners are wery welcoming, sending all the relevant info in advance and sharing local recommendations. There were nice touches like having a sleeping bag for toddlers and games and books to keep them entertained. Having a parking spot also makes the difference with other places in the same building. Location is amazing for going to Disneyland Paris, very close to the Val D'Europe station which has a shopping centre so you will have access to everything you need.

    I was supposed to pay $509 as shown on booking.com, but was charge 509 euro instead 🤔. Very hot in appartment, no ac, no fan, very light curting in the room. Internet code communicated was wrong, waited 24h to have the right code. Internet there is so weak, cutting all the time.

    Monteverdi has a lot of very good restaurants and cafes, and a large Aldi supermarket. It has good, fast, cheap transport links to Disney, Paris, the airport and high speed trains. And Uner taxis are readily available.

    It's such a beautiful town.

    It's such a beautiful town. One stop away from Disney and 45 minutes away from Paris by train. Very clean and we felt safe there. People were friendly and helpful despite my poor French. Loved the La Vallee shopping village too. We stayed for 3 nights and wish to visit again for a bit longer.

    August 2024 - loads of new developments around the town, and Euro-Disney is one station away on the RER. RER prices were double the usual rate during August 2024, probably due to the Olympic games. Carnet of 10 RER single tickets was 40 euros. Ouch. Car park at Euro-Disney was 30 Euros for a day visit. Pay your money take your choice. It is possible to walk to Euro-Disney from Montevrain in 30-45 minutes. Val d'Europe shopping mall and grocery stores like Aldi and LeClerc very convenient. I felt safe walking around the area.

    The area is essentially a very recent development - I would guess it's all been built in the last 20-30 years, maybe even more recently. It's very much a suburb, with a few office blocks and lots of blocks of apartments. Well-spaced, with green spaces around. Quite car-oriented, although with a station on the RER A line. There are a couple of significant commercial areas, including a large retail park with hyperstore and eating places. There's also a local centre close to the apartment, with shops and restaurants - we particularly enjoyed the Cercle brasserie.

    Perfect location for Disney. one stop on the train from the station just opposite the hotel, with trains running every few minutes. Room was fine. beds very comfortable . Train in to central Paris was about 35 mins so a great choice for people wanting to split time between Disney and Paris. Huge shopping mall 2 mins walk away if you want to stay local and just shop. plenty of restaurants etc.

    The best location for Disneyland Paris (if you are not staying at the Disney hotels) - one bus ride to and from the parks and the bus stop is just in front of the premises. Spacious room great for families. Stylish fixtures and a nicely designed bathroom. Very nice and minimalistic.
