A perfect destination for a short break or weekend.
A perfect destination for a short break or weekend. About 90 minutes from the Channel Tunnel, makes it an easy journey from the UK. Lots of very good restaurants and a nice market to visit on a Saturday. Excellent parking facilities which makes the whole town very accessible. We didn't have as much time to wander around as last year. However the town has some lovely historic buildings and pretty squares and you can wander around the old citadelle. The parking was easy as a space had been reserved for us outside the door. The location is great, just beside the large church in the middle of Montreuil sur Mer. The room was big enough and very clean and comfortable. The house is probably quite old and was interestingly quirky. There were several places to eat nearby.
