Nice and clean apartment on a quiet neighbourhood, close to the tube station. The bed was very comfortable! Small bathroom but it was not a problem for us. Easy communication with the host.

    It was relatively easy to get to the city from this hotel,...

    It was relatively easy to get to the city from this hotel, so we were happy with it. The metro was only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The area wasn't the best, but we didn't stay there during the day. We went to the city centre in the morning and came back only in the evening, so it didn't bother us too much.

    The city is less crowded compared to most of the other...

    The city is less crowded compared to most of the other cities we visited. It was easy to get the metro and travel while being safe. We encountered one drunk man who was trying to grab my hand. Apart from that it was not so bad. We bought the stuff we wanted from Auchan which was pretty easy to find and avoided dinning at restaurants.

    Montreuil as an area has a mixed environment of different...

    Montreuil as an area has a mixed environment of different cultural groups and people. The area itself is not as bad as some people make it out to be and is generally safe. You can come across some lovely people in different areas, and there are a few eateries around, fast food spots included. When i was there, an Afro-francopone festival was taking place with food, dancing and an african market. There is a metro that gives you access to the centre of Paris where you can connect to anywhere.

    Friendly staff and helpful in my area of hotel, charged to leave luggage for couple of hours after been refused to hold them but a friendly man staff member sorted it for us as we had a toddler, not to keen on location, a lot of men hanging around the area, bathroom was absolutely filthy dirty toilet seat all broken hole in bathroom door and wood,filthy tiles, bad lighting, tiny mirror, bathroom was absolutely shocking to say the least. Lifts took forever to come down or up so when you took stairs it was hard work with a toddler.

    It is a great location to stay if you are looking to stay...

    It is a great location to stay if you are looking to stay just outside Paris, with an easy access route into the city. M9 subway is a major line into many parts of the city. Montreuil is perfect if you like to stay in a multi-cultural environment. It has lots of stores and restaurants/cafés of all flavors.

    The hotel needs upkeep. From the outside, it looks bad. From the inside, it is not too bad. The staff seem to do their best, but it seems the owners don't invest in maintenance. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was very nice. There is a/c hot/cold so that was nice. The bed was good and the sheets seemed clean, so I got a good night's sleep once I got over the orange walls. There are vending machines in the lobby as well as a collective fridge. There is a supermarket and pharmacy around the corner.

    The most necessary things are available. Cozy interior, everything as in the photo. Clean. We liked the high quality of service in this hotel chain. The administration quickly responded to the problem that arose and solved everything in a short time. We stayed in 2 places of this chain. In Montreuil and on the Place de la Bastille. We noted that this hotel chain has a high system quality. Next time we will take the opportunity to stay with you. Thank you very much for your responsiveness and service.

    The apartment is clean and neat. All furniture and appliances are in good to new condition. Kitchen comes with cooking ware and utensil. Towels, shampoo, bath lotions are provided. Very comfortable bed. Everything is same as the picture shown. It is on top floor with slanted ceiling. It does not bothered us and we actually find it interesting. The apartment is in Montreuil, about 30 minute train ride to Paris city centre. Neighbourhood is safe, quiet and clean. No issue walking at night.

    The room was simple but comfortable. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. I liked that we got clean towels every day. We paid for breakfast, which was plentiful. Overall, it's a good budget hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
