Lovely location. The rooms have been freshly renovated and to a very high standard. Everything is in perfect condition. Melissa was very helpful and all the people that stayed there seemed to enjoy the leisurely pace and feeling of the place, as did we. Jean-Claude gave us tips for some walks and we could easily imagine making this place the basis for some hikes in the region. When there, make sure you have a drink (or two) at 'Chez Armand'..great fun. Will definitely come again

This is an exceptional property and well worth the effort of driving into the mountains on those windy roads - the views are spectacular! And it’s only 30 minutes to the airport. The property itself is steeped in history: an ancient family homestead, resurrected from ruins and sympathetically restored into a characterful, modern, well equipped small hotel with a beautiful pool overlooking the surrounding hills. It even comes with a donkey! The rooms are comfortable and cosy. The hotel has a small restaurant and we had a lovely meal on the lower terrace whilst listening to owls and watching the stars. We also had a great buffet type breakfast (with homemade yoghurt! Yum!) which is served on the terrace beside the pool whilst the sun rises over the sea. It’s a magical place, made perfect by Jérôme, the host, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. You enter a hotel when you arrive, but you almost feel like family when you leave. Thank you!

Amazingly nice host with her cute watchdog in a tiny village in the Casinca Region. The village is very nice but has not much to offer. The nearby restaurant has a gobsmacked view of the coast and mountains. Perfect for a couple of days in an almost unknown region of the Island

Great location in the beautiful region Castagniccia, in a building in authentic Corsican style. Very friendly and open hosts. Delicious and varied cooking with fresh and local products. Very complete breakfast. Definitely worth a stay, we will stay here again when in the neighborhood.

this is a wonderful place in the mountains of Corsica, with very dear hosts. the accomodation is self-made by the host, very carefully done and very charming. We enjoyed our too short stay a lot. The dinner cooked by the host was amazing. truly unforgettable experience
