Everything. The staff were amazing. Were arrived late and hadn't booked a meal but they went out of their way to feed us a full 3 course meal which included a beer, a large beer. The rooms were clean and spacious, beds very comfortable and the view was second to few.

Our stay at Hotel du Bourg in Valmorel over Christmas and New Year’s was unforgettable. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind, making us feel right at home. Their warmth and attention to detail really made a lasting impression. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the ski lifts and close to the charming town of Valmorel. After a day on the slopes, the cozy pub was the perfect place to unwind, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. Hotel du Bourg offers excellent service, a great location, and a warm atmosphere. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable skiing holiday in Valmorel.

    The studio was clean, bright and conveniently located near the centre of Moutiers with plenty of free parking. However, check-in was not until 5pm, which on a wet, cold day was not convenient and we found a pub that served hot drinks to sit in for several hours waiting. The owner's dogs were barking outside our apartment door until after 11pm and we had to complain loudly at 11pm to get the owner to take the dog away.

    Breakfast was plentiful and dining was very convenient!The male waiter at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me a lot as a newcomer.The service here has made me feel the warm local cultural environment. I think I will book this hotel again because of its service and geographical location, and therefore recommend it to my friends!

    Very close to station. Hotel was closing at 19.00 and I was arriving later due to snowfall but they called me and gave me info on late check-in. Very good room. Staff very good.
