My Wife and I arrived on bicycles after a long day on our bikes and Vincent the owner contacted us by text to give us information on hotel access, so we didn't have to worry about arrival time. Our bikes were stored in a safe secure area and we collapsed into our lovely large room. The hotel is right in the centre of Narbonne and a short stroll from all sights and restaurants. Vincent's colleague, Claire was very helpful identifying all the places to visit including the Charles Trenet museum and we enjoyed chatting with Claire about our visits. Claire was particularly considerate in listening to our efforts at speaking French. Loved this hotel and our stay was made all the more enjoyable by Vincent's and Claire's enthusiastic help and welcome.

It was an older hotel and everything in the room & bath was updated. The staff was very helpful. Very close to train station and everything to see in Narbonne. Staff helped us get transportation to Les Grands Buffets. Breakfast selection was very nice and reasonable price. We enjoyed everything.
